چینی ....... 2/3کپ
ونیلا ایسنس......... 1چائے کا چمچہ
چاکلیٹ سینڈوچ کوکیز........ 20عدد

ترکیب:

ایک سوس پین میں 2کپ کریم ، 1کپ دودھ ، 2/3کپ چینی اور 1چائے کا چمچہ ونیلا ایسنس شامل کرکے چینی حل ہونے تک پکائیں ۔اپ تیا ر ا ٓمیزہ ایک پیالے میں نکالیں اور پلاسٹک کی پٹی لگا کر فریج میں خوب ٹھنڈا کرلیں ۔ 20عددچاکلیٹ کوکیزپلاسٹک کی تھیلی میں ڈال کر بیلن کی مدد سے ٹکڑوں میں توڑیں اور فریزر میں رکھ دیں ۔ اب آئس کریم والا آمیزہ ائیر ٹائٹ ڈبے میں ڈال کر فریزر میں رکھ دیں ۔ جب آئسکریم تقریباً جمنے لگے تو اس میں چاکلیٹ کوکیز ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور دوبارہ فریز رمیں رکھ دیں ۔
