Makhan 1 cup
Baking powder 1 chaye ka chamcha
Vanilla Essence 3 drops
Namak ¼ chaye ka chamcha

Banane ki tarkeeb

Makhan main cheeni daal kar mix karain. Yahan tak k cheeni bilkul mix hoajaye aur is main ek anda daalain aur mix karain. Phir dosra andar aur vanilla essence dal kar mix karain. Maiada coco powder, baking powder ko mix kijyue aura b makhan walay mixture main daal kar kar mix karain. Chocolate chip daalain aur mix kary k baad ice cream, scop sy baking dish main dhair laga dain aur 180 degree C grade per 15 minute bake karian aur paish karain.

ترکیب:

مکھن میں چینی ڈال کر مکس کریں۔یہاں تک کہ چینی بالکل مکس ہوجائے اور اس میں ایک انڈا ڈالیں،مکس کریں پھر دوسرا انڈا، ونیلا ایسنس، ڈال کر مکس کیجئے۔میدہ کوکو پاﺅڈر،بیکنگ پاﺅڈر کو مکس کیجئے اور اب مکھن والے مکسچر میں ڈال کر مکس کریں ، چاکلیٹ چپ ڈالیں اور مکس کرنے کے بعد آئس کریم،اسکوپ سے بیکنگ ڈش میں ڈھیر لگائیں اور 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ بیک کریں اور پیش کریں۔
