1) Beef undercut 1 1/2 kg, cut into large pieces and frozen for 1-2 hours.
2) Green chillies 15, remove seeds and cut lengthwise in thin strips
3) Garlic 8, cloves peeled and crushed
4) Black pepper 1 tsp, crushed
5) White pepper 1 tsp, powdered
6) Sugar 1 tsp
7) White flour/ chicken 1 tsp
8) Corn flour 1 tsp
9) Soya sauce 2 tbsp
10) White vinegar 2 tbsp
11) Salt to taste
12) Sesame seed oil (Chinese) few drops
13) Oil 4 tbsp
How to make Chinese Dry Beef and Chillies
METHOD:
1. Remove meat from freezer and cut into thin slices.
2. Marinate the meat in a mixture of all ingredients except the oil and green chillies and leave for an hour.
3. Just before serving, heat oil in a wok or karahi till very hot and stir fry the meat.
4. In a separate pan stir-fry the green chillies and add to meat.
5. Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.
