chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
red chili powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
talhar chili powder 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
oil 6 tbsp
coal 1 piece
garlic ginger powder 1 tbsp
For white sauce:
milk 1 liter
cream 1 cup
butter 3 tbsp
flour 3 tbsp
salt 1/3 tsp
onion chopped 1 small
For tomato sauce:
tomato 3
tomato puree 1 cup
oil 5 tbsp
garlic 1 tbsp
onion chopped 1 small
oregano 1/2 tbsp
For pasta:
cheddar cheese 1 cup
mozzarella cheese 1 cup
lasagne boiled 1/2 packet
salt 1 tbsp
How to make Chicken tikka lasagne
METHOD:
Add haldi, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice and talhar chili powder in the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook the chicken. smoke with a coal and place aside.
For white sauce:
Heat butter in a pan, saute the chopped onion, add flour and cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat. let it cool for a while.
Now place it again over heat, mix with milk slowly. Add cream and salt. cook till it boils. remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
For the tomato sauce:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, and garlic.
now add tomatoes, tomato puree, salt and oregano, and 2 cups water and cook till it thickens.
remove from heat and place aside.
For Assembling:
Spread the tomato sauce in an oven proof dish.
spread the white sauce and pasta over it. repeat the process again.
Add the chicken mixture. Make two layers with the same process. Spread the cheese over the top. Vkae at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
