How to make Chicken Tikka Fajita Recipe
METHOD:
Stir some flour with salt in a bowl. Add margarine with your fingertips till the mixture starts resembling to coarse meal
Drizzle some vegetable oil over the mixture and stir it in warm water with a fork till a dough forms. Knead that dough on a lightly floured surface till it gets smooth and elastic. That will take at least 4 minutes.
Form that dough into a ball, cover it with a plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour. Heat up a dry skillet or tawa, over moderately low heat temperature till it gets hot. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces and form into balls
Roll out 1 ball at a time. Use flour to prevent it from sticking. Keep the remaining dough covered with plastic wrap. Make 7 inch tortillas out of those balls with even thinness. Cook each tortilla one at a time on a tawa
Cook each side of the tortilla for at least 45 seconds. Stack and cover those tortillas as they are cooked
Combine chicken,Tikka Boti Masala, Ginger Garlic Paste, lemon juice, green chilli, and fresh coriander in a mixing bowl. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Remove the chicken from marinade and wipe the moisture off
Heat up the skillet. Add some oil and the chicken. Cook to 3-4 minutes
Add onion, capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes
Add Salt and Hot n Spicy Ketchup
