گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچیں چار عدد(کٹی ہوئی)
سرکہ چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
کریم آدھا کپ
انڈے پانچ عدد
شملہ مرچ ایک کپ( کیوبز بنا لیں)
پیاز ڈیڑھ کپ(کیوب بنا لیں)
بریڈکرمز حسب ضرورت
تیل حسب ضرورت(فرائی کے لئے)

ترکیب:

گوشت کی بوٹیاں بنا لیں۔ اس میں لال مرچ، ہلدی، گرم مصالحہ، زیرہ، ادرک، لہسن، ہری مرچیں، اور کریم ملا دیں اور اس کو پکائیں۔ گوشت گل جائے تو چولہے سے اتار لیں۔ اسٹک پر ایک بوٹی، ایک شملہ مرچ، ایک کیوب، پیاز اور پھر بوٹی لگا کر انڈہ لگا دیں۔ اس کے بعد اس پر بریڈ کرمز لگائیں۔ تیل گرم کر لیں۔ اور فرائی کر لیں۔ بہت مختلف اور مزیدار ذائقہ دیں گے۔
