4 chicken breast pieces
Butter 1 cup preferably salted
1 teaspoon pepper - black
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
2 eggs beaten
Flour 1 cup.Sprinkle salt and peppe r to season it.
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Fine bread crumbs 2 cups
Oil for frying
Parsley 2 tablespoons dried
METHOD:
1- Mix the butter,garlic paste and parsley together with a fork along with salt,pepper and let stand in fridge for some time.
2- Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and make a slice in the centre with a sharp knife taking care not to cut it.
3- Put the mixture inside.Squeeze it in thoroughly and then put a cling on foil.Put in fridge and let it cool.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
4- Mix flour , eggs,breadcrumbs in three bowls.
5- Heat oil on medium heat. Take out the chicken kievs and first dip in eggs mixture on all sides, then flour and lastly bread crumbs.
6- Gently lower in oil and fry each side for 3 minutes and till golden brown.
7- Now place the kievs in an oven dish and cook for 7-8 minutes on 180 degrees C.
8- Take out and serve with onion rings, potatoe chips, mint chutney.and salad.
9- Best dish ever and also healthy.
