چکن کلیجی مصالحہ

اجزاء:
کلیجی ----- آدھا کلو
سرکہ ------ تین کھانے کے چمچ
لہسن باریک کٹا ہوا ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک ---- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
دھنیا پاؤڈر ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ
تیز پات ----- ایک عدد
پیاز ----- ایک عدد
تیل ----- پانچ کھانے کے چمچ
مکھن ----- چار کھانے کے چمچ
ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
لیموں کا رس ------ دو چائے کے چمچ
ہرا دھنیا ----- اوپر سے ڈالنے کے لیے
چکن کی یخنی ----- ایک گلاس

ترکیب:

کلیجی میں سرکہ٬ لہسن٬ لال مرچ٬ زیرہ٬ دھنیا٬ کالی مرچ تیز پات اور دو کھانے کے چمچ تیل ڈال کر مکس کریں- دو گھنٹے کے لیے رکھ دیں-
پین میں تیل اور مکھن ڈال کر پیاز کو فرائی کریں لیکن پیاز براؤن نہ کریں مصالحہ لگی کلیجی ڈال کر دو منٹ فرائی کریں پھر باقی تمام اجزاﺀ ڈال کر مکس کریں مصالحہ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو دس منٹ کے لیے دم پر رکھیں-

Chicken Kaleji Recipe Pakistani Style in English

Ingredients:

Chicken Liver: 1/2 kg
Vinegar: 3 tbsp
Garlic: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Crushed Red Chilli: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
White Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Bay Leaves: 1 leaf
Onion: 1 no.
Oil: 5 tbsp
Butter: 4 tbsp
Tomato Paste: 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 2 tsp
Green Coriander: for garnishing
Chicken Stock: 1 glass

Method:

Add vinegar, garlic, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, bay leaves and 2 tablespoon oil to the liver in a bowl. Mix well and place aside for 2 hours.
Fry onion slightly in a pan with oil and butter. Do not fully brown the onions.
Now add marinated liver to the pan and fry for couple of minutes.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Once gravy becomes thick, cook on steam with pan covered (cook on dam).
Chicken kaleji is ready.
Sprinkle green coriander leaves and serve.

Hi, is it a complete recipe of chicken kaleji? or it is just masala? I have 1 kg of chicken liver and I want to make it as tastiest as possible. Because if you do not make it perfectly, it will give a smell so always cook it the best way.
