بون لیس چکن---------- ایک کپ
چاول--------- 250گرام
پیاز-------------------------------------------- ایک عدد
تیل------------ 4ٹیبل سپون
شملہ مرچ---------- ایک عدد
کری پاﺅڈر------------- ڈیڑھ ٹی سپون
ہلدی------------ ایک چٹکی
پارسلے یا ہرا دھنیا----------- 2/1گڈی
چکن اسٹاک-------- 3کپ
نمک--------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں پیاز فرائی کریں۔
فرائی ہونے پر چکن ڈال دیں، اچھی طرح بھونیں اور ساتھ ہی کری پاﺅڈر ، نمک اور ہلدی بھی ڈال دیں۔
تھوڑا پانی ڈال کر چکن گلا لیں۔
اب اس میں شملہ مرچ، پارسلے ڈال کر تھوڑا بھون لیں پھر اس میں چکن اسٹاک ڈال دیں۔
ایک ابال آنے پر چاول شامل کردیں پانی خشک ہو تو دم پر رکھ دیں۔
10-12منٹ کے بعد چاول تیار ہوجائیں گے
