Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Garlic 2 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1tbsp
Tomatoes 2 cup
Qasuri methi 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Tara garam masala 2 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
How to make Chicken Chatkhara
Method
Heat oil in pan and sauté 1 tbsp of ginger, 2tsp of garlic for few seconds
Now add chicken and allow cooking.
When chicken turns to golden brown then add 2 cup of tomatoes, 1tsp of red chili powder, 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1tbsp of green chili, 1 tsp of salt, and allow to cook.
When chicken and tomatoes tends to become tender add 1tsp of qasuri methi, 2 tsp of tara garam masala .
Now cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Dish out delicious chicken chatkhara and garnish with green chilies
