rice 3 cups
chicken 1 curry cut oil 1/4 cup
garlic cloves 5
ginger 1/2 inch
green chilli fresh 3-4
tomaato1
garam masala( 2 bari ilaichi, 3-4 long, 5-6 kali mirch ,2-3 small stick dar chini)
salt according to taste 1 1/2 will be enogh
capsicum ( shimla mirch) 1 big size
sabut dhanya 3 - 4 tbsp
soanf 3-4 tbsp
How to make Chicken Arabian Rice
METHOD:
in a large pot add chicken ,ginger garlic , green chilli, tomato ( whole), garam masala ,sabut dhanya and soanf wit 4 cups of water and add 1 tsp of salt. cook it until chicken become tender
( make yakhni).Then take chicken out , strain the yakhni .
In a pot add 1/4 cup oil , heat it than add 1 long, 2 kali mirch, 1 stick darchini , fry it than add chicken lightly fry it than add soaked rice add yakhni ( chicken stock) add 1/2 tsp salt stir it and than cook it on high flame until alll yakhni evaporates than put lid and allow the rice to cook for about 15 minutes open the lid than add food colocr( orange) add 1 capsicum ( cube Cut big size ) and 2 green chilli cube cut .Allow it for 5 minutes .

Point to be noted:
1 for better results use good quality rice
2 soak rice in water for 25 miutes
3 put some baghar before serving and serve hot
