10 ounces of Chicken (pre-cooked & sliced)
1 (15 ounce) can of Lobster
½ pound Fettuccine Pasta
1 large Onion (chopped)
1 clove of Garlic (Lehsan) (minced)
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Heavy Cream
Bisque
1 tsp. Butter (Makhan)
How to make Chicken & Fettuccine with lobster Sauce By Chef Fauzia
METHOD:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package directions; drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion; cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it is softened, stirring constantly.
Stir in bisque, heavy cream, parmesan cheese and chicken. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is heated throughly, stirring frequently.
Add the fettuccine and mix well.
