Ingredients

flour 1 1/2 half cup
corn flakes 2 cups
butter 200 g
cream 5 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
cheese grated 1 cup
yogurt 3 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
chili flakes 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
dried herbs 1 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk for brushing

How to make Cheesy cornflake cookies

METHOD:

Mix yogurt, herbs,oil, garlic, chili and cheese in a bowl and mix together.
Now add salt and butter in the flour and whisk well. Now add corn flakes to the flour and then mix all the dry ingredients in the batter.
Now mix both the batters together and make small balls out of it.
Now put the balls in the greased tray. Brush with the milk and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
