Ingredients

Chicken(boneless) half kg
Potatoes(b Oiled) 1 kg
blach pepper 1 Tea spoon
Whit peppr half Tea spoon
soya sauce 1 table spoon
Red chillies(crushed) half Tea spoon
Cheese(what u like)
Salt according to taste
Chinese Salt quarter Tea spoon
Eggs 3
Bred crums
Oil for frying

How to make Cheese Cutlets Balls

METHOD:

1-Boil Chicken with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, few drops of vinegar.
2-Now boil potatoes and mash them.
3-Make shreads of boiled chicken.
4-Now mix shreads of chicken into mashed potatoes .
5-Now add Chinese salt , black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, red chillies,salt and mix all the material.
6-Then make oval shaped cutlets and place cheese in the centre of that cutlet an fold it from all sides making a bal.l
7-Now coat those balls with egg .
8-Then coat those balls with bread crums.
9-At last deep fry those balls.
10-Very delicious Cheesy cutlets balls are ready.
