How to make Chaat Masala
Method
In a grinder, add 50 grams fennel seeds, 50 grams cumin seeds, 50 grams coriander seeds, 50 grams whole red chilies, 50 grams black salt, 1 tsp citric acid, 1 tbsp ajwain, 1 tbsp black pepper, ½ tsp noshader, ½ tsp heng and ½ tsp mint and mix well.
