ترکیب:

چار عدد بریڈ سلائس کو آدھا لیٹر دودھ میں بگھو کر دو گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں اور پھر بلینڈر میں پیس لیں ۔اب اسے کڑاہی میں ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں اور چمچہ ہلاتے رہیں ۔جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تواس میں ایک پاو چینی ،آدھا چائے کا چمچہ پسی الائیچی اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ کیوڑا ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں ۔پھر اس میں ایک کپ کھویا چورا کر کے ڈالیں۔اس کے بعد ٹرے مین دو کھانے کے چمچے مکنھ لگا کر گریس کریں اور اس میں پورا مکسچر ڈال کر آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے اوون میں بیک کرلیں ۔آخر میں نکال کر کاٹیں اور پچاس گرام پستے ڈال کر سرو کریں ۔
