undercut beef 1 piece (long stripped)
black pepper 1 tsp
salt to taste
soya sauce 3 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
cucumber 2
oil 4 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp

How to make Black Sauce Beef with Cucumber

METHOD:

Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté

When garlic turns to brown color add the beef strips and allow frying until the water of beef dries.

Then add salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp soya sauce and 1 tsp sugar.

Cook nicely then add a little water, cut the cubes of cucumber and add in the beef.

Black sauce beef with cucumber is ready to serve.
