بھنڈی گوشت

اجزاء:
بکرے کا گوشت ۔۔سات سو گرام
بھنڈی چھوٹی ۔۔ دوسو گرام
پسی پیاز بڑی ۔۔ ایک عدد
باریک کٹی پیاز ۔۔ ایک عدد
ادرک لہسن ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پسا دھنیا ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
دہی ۔۔ آدھا کپ
پسا گرم مصالحہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ چار سے چھ عدد
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ آدھا گھٹی
تیل ۔۔ ایک کپ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق

ترکیب:

تیل گرم کر کے پیاز فرائی کریں۔ اور بکرے کا گوشت شامل کر کے اچھی طرح بھونیں۔ اب ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، نمک، پسی لال مرچ دیگی، ہلدی پسا دھنیا اور پسی پیاز ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں۔ ساتھ ہی دہی ڈالیں۔ جب اچھی طرح بھون جائے تو اس میں پانی شامل کر کے گلنے رکھ دیں۔ گوشت گل جائے اور پانی خشک ہوجائے تو اسے بھون کر شوربا ڈالیں۔ ساتھ ہی بھنڈی کو فرائی کر کے ڈال دیں۔ پھر ہری مرچ پسا گرم مصالحہ بھی شامل کر کے دو منٹ پکائیں آخر میں اسے نکال کر ہرا دھنیا اور پسا گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
