ترکیب:

ایک پین میں گھی گرم کرکے بیسن کو بھون لیں۔ اب اس میں فوڈکلراورالائچی شامل کرکے مزید بھون لیں۔ اب اس کے بعد تھالی میں نکال کر پھیلائیں اور ٹھڈا کرلیں تاکہ بیسن بھربھرا ہوجائے۔ پھر اس میں پسی چینی مکس کرکے لڈو بنالیں اور المونیم فوائل کٹوریوں میں نکال لیں۔ پستہ اور بادام سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
