اجزاء:
گائےکا قیمہ۔۔۔1/2 کلو
پیاز باریک کٹی ہوئی۔۔۔2 عدد
دار چینی ۔۔3 ڈنڈیاں
ٹماٹر(باریک کٹے ہوئے)۔۔2 عدد
پڑی الائچی۔۔۔3 عدد
ثابت کالی مرچیں۔۔ایک چائےکا چمچہ
ثابت کالا زیرہ۔۔۔1/2 چائےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا لہسن۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچی
دہی(پھینٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔ایک پیالی
لیموں کا رس۔۔۔2 کھانےکے چمچے
نمک۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔5 کھانےکے چمچے
ہری مرچیں اور کھیرا۔۔۔سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز سنہری کر لیں۔ اس میں ٹماٹر شامل کر کے بھونیں۔ پھر دار چینی ، الائچیاں، کالی مرچیں، زیرہ، لہسن اور ادرک لال مرچ اور نمک ملا کر 5 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ اس میں قیمہ شامل کر کے بھونیں، پھر دہی ملا کر قیمہ گلنے تک پکائیں اور تیز آنچ پر پانی خشک کر لیں۔ اس میں لیموں کا رس ملا کر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ مزیدار بالٹی قیمہ ہری مرچوں اور کھیرے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
