Delicious soup is rich in the ingredients that helps to relief all kind of joints pain, its a natural and inexpensive way to alleviate joint pain and improve their bone health.
1. Onions (finely crushed) 3 tablespoons
2. Garlic finely chopped - 2 cloves
3. Sunflower oil - 4 tablespoon
4. Flour (normal aata) - 1 tablespoon
5. Chicken stock (yakhni) or water - 600 ml
6. STINGING nettle(BICHCHOO BOOTI)- 450g (11b) (washed) (only tops needed)
7. Skimmed milk - 600ml (1pint)
8. Salt and black pepper powder or fresh coriander
Fry onions & garlic in oil but don’t cook them brown. Halka sa pakaaen sirf. Now add flour, stock or water, keep moving the spoon while cooking so that no lumps r formed & it becomes smoothly thick paste form. Now add nettles, cover & let it cook on low flame until nettles r tender.
Cool the mixture & blend it in a blender. Now put the mixture back to the previous pan & cook it for 5-10 minutes after adding milk.
Garnish it, sprinkle salt n pepper & have it warm. DRINK IT ON ALTERNATE DAYS
