آکاش بیل ۔۔۔۔۔دس گرام
اُبٹن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔دس گرام
گل بابونہ۔۔۔۔۔۔بیس گرام
روغن خس ۔۔۔۔۔دس گرام
ان تمام اجزاءکو ملا کر پاﺅڈر بناکر عرق گلاب کے ساتھ ملا لیں ، پانچ سے سات دن تک روزانہ نشانات پر لگائیں ۔
