INGREDIENTS:

Chicken mince 1/2 kg
onion 2
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
cumin 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Coriander 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
all spIce (whole) 2 tbsp


How to make Chicken qeema curry



METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan and fry onion ginger and garlic in the oil.
Now add chicken mince, salt, red chili, and turmeric and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add all spice, coriander and cumin and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now add two cups of water and let it cook fro 20 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot.
