INGREDIENTS:

Ingredients for Cake:
Eggs........................3
Butter.....................6 oz
Flour...................... 6 oz
Caster Sugar..........6 oz
Baking Powder......1 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence.....1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Topping:
Soft Butter..............1 tsp
Icing Sugar.............. 1 1/2 cup
Coffee.......................1-2 tsp ( dissolve with 1 tbsp of hot Water )


How to make Bombay Bakery Coffee Cake



METHOD:

Method for Cake:
Beat butter and sugar until creamy, add in vanilla essence and continue beating.
add eggs one by one alternately with 1 tbsp of maida. Beat until all eggs are used, now fold in the flour with baking powder. Pour in a greased pan 8 or 9 inches round. Bake for 30 min in a pre-heated oven at 250 C to 300 C. Cake is ready

Method for Topping:
In a pan put butter and sugar then add in coffee, mix all well and use as required.
cut the cake in half, spread some icing sugar and oven it then come with the other half and sandwich together. Now spread the icing on the top and decorate with fork making designs..
