Boil eggs, grate and mix with salt, black pepper, butter and
yellow food coloring. Egg filling is ready.

Mix boiled shredded chicken, salt, black pepper and butter together.
Chicken filling is ready.

Flatten all sandwich slices.
|
|
Apply mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on first slice.
|
|
Apply mayonnaise and green chutney on second slice.
|
|
Filling for third slice: mayonnaise and grated egg.
|
|
Filling for fourth slice: mayonnaise and ketchup.
|
|
Filling for fifth slice: mayonnaise and chicken.
|
|
Apply mayonnaise on sixth slice and apply green chutney on half and tomato
ketchup on other half of the slice.

|
Apply mayonnaise, chicken and egg on seventh slice.
|
|
Apply mayonnaise on eighth slice and close the sandwich with it.
|
|
Place all layered slices on butter paper sheet, wrap and close from all sides.
Place in freezer for 1 hour.

Remove from freezer and cut into small thin pieces.
|
|
Tasteful bread loaf sandwiches are ready.
Serve with evening tea.

- Butter: 1 tbsp

Egg Marination Ingredients:
- Boiled Grated Eggs: 2 no.
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Butter: 1 tbsp
- Yellow Food Coloring: 1 pinch
Sandwich Ingredients:
- Sandwich Bread: 1 no.
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup
- Green Chutney: 1 cup
- Tomato Ketchup: 1 cup
- Marinated Chicken
- Marinated Eggs
- Butter Paper: 1 large sheet

Method |
Preparing Marinated Eggs:
- Grate boiled eggs.
- Add in salt, black pepper, butter, yellow food coloring and mix well.
- Marinated egg filling is ready. Place aside.
Preparing Marinated Chicken:
- Add salt, black pepper and butter to boiled chicken, mix well and place
aside.
- Marinated chicken filling is ready.
Preparing Sandwich:
- Cut thin slices of sandwich bread, remove crust as well.
- Roll out all slices with rolling pin.
- Apply mayonnaise and then ketchup on first slice.
- Apply mayonnaise and then green chutney on second slice.
- Apply mayonnaise and marinated egg on third slice.
- Apply mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on fourth slice.
- Apply mayonnaise and chicken on fifth slice.
- Apply mayonnaise and then green chutney on half slice and ketchup on
other half on seventh slice.
- Apply mayonnaise, chicken and egg on seventh slice.
- Apply mayonnaise on eighth slice, revert side and place on the sandwich.
- Place all slices on butter paper, wrap and close from all sides.
- Store in freezer for one hour.
- Remove from freezer, make small thin pieces.
- Tasteful loaf sandwiches are ready.
