Wash brain, add unpeeled garlic cloves and whole black peppercorns and boil.

Heat oil in a wok and fry crushed raw onion to light pink.

Now roast finely sliced ginger garlic, salt, thin chopped tomatoes, red pepper powder, turmeric powder, all-spice powder together.

Add brain, break with spoon, add oil slightly and keep stirring the wok. Do not move the spoon.

Add crushed whole coriander, ground white cumin and black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add lemon juice, thin sliced ginger, green chilies and chopped green coriander and steam cook (dam) for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: - Cow Brain: 1 piece

- All Spice Powder: 1 teaspoon

- Whole Black Peppercorns: 6 pcs
- White Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: as much required
- Thin Chopped Ginger: 2 tablespoons
- Green Chilies (Cut Lengthwise): 4 pcs
- Thin Chopped Green Coriander: 1 bunch
- Lemon: 2 pcs
- Oil: 1 cup

Method |
- Wash brain and boil with unpeeled garlic cloves and black peppercorns.

- Now add sliced ginger, salt, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder and all-spice powder and roast
