اجزاء:
مرغی کے اجزاء:
مرغی ---------------- (بغیر ہڈی کی بوٹیاں) 2/1کلو
ہری پیاز ------------- 10ڈنڈیاں

ساس کے اجزاء:
سویا ساس ------------ ایک پیالی
پسا ہوا گُڑ ------------ 2/1پیالی
سفید سرکہ ----------- 5چائے کے چمچے
لیموں کا رس -------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
میدہ ----------------- (پانی میں گھول لیں) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک ----------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
ٹماٹر ، لیموں کے قتلے سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

ساس پین میں علاوہ میدہ ساس کے تمام اجزاءتھوڑے سے پانی کے ساتھ پکالیں۔ اُبال آجائے تو تھوڑا ، تھوڑا میدہ ڈال کر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں۔ ہری پیاز کے ہرے والے حصّے کے درمیانے سائز کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ مرغی کے گوشت اور پیاز کو تیار ساس میں ڈبوئیں اور انہیں باربی کیو اسٹک پر لگا کر بیکنگ ٹرے پر رکھتے جائیں۔ بیکنگ ٹرے کو پہلے سے گرم اوون میں رکھ کر 200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20منٹ پکائیں۔ پکانے کے دوران کم از کم 2مرتبہ ڈش نکال کر برش کی مدد سے تریا کی ساس لگائیں۔ مزیدار یاکی توری مرغی ٹماٹر اور لیموں کے قتلوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
