سرکہ میں لہسن ادرک چوپ ، نمک حسب ذاٰئعقہ، ایک ٹی اسپون کٹی لال مرچ ، آدھی ٹی اسپون ہلدی، ایک ٹیبل اسپون چاٹ مصالحہ، ایک ٹی اسپون زیرہ، ایک ٹی اسپون دھنیا، ایک ٹی اسپون اجوائن( موٹا موٹا کوٹ کر) مچھلی کو لگائیں۔

بیسن میں نمک حسب ذاٰئعقہ ، ثابت زیرا ایک ٹیبل اسپون، ثابت دھنیا ایک ٹیبل اسپون ، ہلدی آدھی ٹی اسپون ، کٹی لال مرچ حسب ذاٰئعقہ، ایک ٹیبل اسپون چاٹ مصالحہ اور چوپ ہری مرچ ڈال کر پانی ڈال کر پیسٹ بنا لیں۔

اب فش کو بیسن والے پیسٹ میں رول کر یں اور گرم گرم آئل میں فرائی کر لیں۔
