زیرہ پاﺅڈر-------- ایک ٹی سپون

ترکیب:

تیل گرم کرکے پیاز رائی کریں اس میں قیمہ اور ٹماتر پیوری ڈال کر بھونیں پھر اس میں نمک ، کالی مرچ، ہلدی اور زیرہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر پیاز گل جانے پر اس میں انڈے توڑ کر ڈال دیں۔
پھر مشروم ڈال کر ہلکا سا بھونیں اور دم لگا دیں
