Herbal remedy for arthritis pain to make at home
Ingredients:
- Water Chestnut (Singhara): 50 gms
- China Root (Chopchini): 50 gms
- Indian Ginseng (Asgand Nagori): 50 gms
- Colchicum Luteum Root (Suranjan Shireen): 50gms
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and grind into fine powder. Take 1 teaspoon before the morning breakfast and 1 teaspoon after the dinner with plain water or with milk. Use this mixture for 30 to 40 days.
