Customer Reviews - Manhattan Seafood & Steak House

Manhattan Steak House and Sea Food Islamabad which is under a new administration apparently was by far the worst eating experience I've had in Islamabad. The Food was nearly average, we ordered Soups, Steaks (Chicken and Beef) everything but the sweets. All the chicken steaks and pastas tasted the same with no variety. The Italian steak was the best dish at the hotel. However the ambiance was far from being perfect. Customer Service was the worst. The Restaurant denied a discount which they advertised on a credit card with Faysal Bank, and was most embarrassing since we had to call up the Faysal bank helpline for them to accept there was a discount. There was a compulsive Service Charge coupled to very expensive food not even worth 1/3rd its value. Roasters, Atrio would be far better choices if you are up for steaks or pastas or burgers. The whole package was just over rated as we followed internet reviews to select the restaurant. I can but hope that the management improve their service due to the excellent location of the restaurant for Red Zone employees. None of the 7 people invited to the resturaunt were satisfied with the service, food or ambiance and in all it turned out to be a 1500 Ruppees per head calamity excluding drinks and sweets. The whole experience made me write a review portraying the real picture, since the take over of the Des per des administration. Please donot expect the management to be forthcoming if they make a mistake at this joint.
