• Pitta bread as required
• Oil as required
For Spicy Chicken
• chicken boneless 1/2 kg cut in stripes
• ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• salt to taste
• tikka masala 3 tbsp
• yogurt 4 tbsp
• green chillies 2 tbsp ,chopped
• lemon juice 2 tbsp
FOR CHUTNEY
• thick tamarind juice 1cup
• green coriander 1/2 cup
• mint leaves 2 tbsp
• ginger paste 1 tsp
• green chillies 2-3,chopped
• salt to taste
• roasted crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
• oil 2 tbsp
FOR VEGETABLES
• onion sliced
• tomato sliced
• mint leaves
How to make Spicy Pitta Tikka Rolls
METHOD:
1. Marinate chicken in all ingredients except oil, green chilies for 1/2 hr, heat oil in pan cook chicken till tender and soft add green chilies cook 2-3 min, remove give coal Dum.
2. Ground all ingredients of chutney together.
3. On tawa lightly toast pitta bread arrange chicken pieces over it cover with chutney, cover with vegetables .roll in butter paper, serve.
