Fish boneless fillets 2 cut in small pieces
Fish masala 2 tablespoons
Pakora mix 1 packet.
Oil to fry
Garlic sauce [ available in markets]
Salad[ cucumber,onions,lemon,jalepenos]
How to make Spicy Fish Pakora
METHOD:
Wash fish thoroughly and coat with fish masala and set aside for 1 hour.
Take a bowl. Add pakora mix and water slowly and mix till pakora dough is formed.
[Instead of Pakora mix from market you may also use 1 kg besan, one teaspoon each of chillies, salt, saunf,pomegranate seeds and garam masala to make pakora mix at home.Season with a spoon of fish masala also.
Heat oil in a karahi and when hot on medium heat, mix fish in pakora mix, coating it well and slowly put in karahi.
Remove when golden brown and serve with jalepenos, salad, garlic sauce and lemon wedges.
