لہسن(چوپ کیا ہوا) ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
انڈہ ۔۔ ایک عدد
پیاز(چوپ کی ہوئی) ۔۔ ایک عدد
ہرا دھنیا( چوم کیا ہوا) ۔۔ آدھا پیالی سجانے کے لئے
ہری مرچیں(چوپ کی ہوئی) آدھا پیالی
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔ 4/1 پیالی
مکھن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

مچھلی کے قیمے میں اندہ، پیاز، ہری مرچییں، ہرا دھنیا اور نمک ملا کر چھوٹے کوفتے تیار کرلیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے لہسن کو سنہری کریں، اس میں پاستا ساس ملا کر چند سیکند بکائیں، پھر کوفتے ڈالیں اور ڈھکن ڈھانک کر ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ منٹ تک پکائیں۔ سرونگ ڈش میں اسپیگھیٹی بچائیں۔ اس پر کوفتے رکھیں، مکھن ڈالیں اور ہرے دھنئے سے سجادیں۔
