Ingredients

1 cup semolina
1 kg milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 packet cream
1 cup sugar
6 cardamoms
100 grams almonds and pistachio
100 grams butter

How to make Semolina Dessert

METHOD:

In a pan, heat 100 grams clarified butter and cook 1 cup semolina until it turns golden brown. Pour it into 1 kg milk and cook it on low flames.

When it thickens, add 6 crushed cardamoms.

Take it out in a dish and garnish it with finely sliced almonds and pistachios before serving.
