Besan 1.5 cup
Khanay ka soda ¼ chaye ka chamach
Namak Hasb e zaiqa
Kuti hoi laal mirch 1 khanay ka chamach
Tail fry k liye
Cheeni 2 khanay k chamach
Chaat masala adha khanay ka chamach
Dahi 1 pao

Banane ki tarkeeb

1 piyaalay main baysan, khanay ka soda, namak aur kuti hoi laal mirch aur paani daal kar garha ameza bna lain.Ab garm tail main baray ki shakal main daal kar fry kar lain. Sunehri hojanay per karhaai sy nikal kar paani main daal dain. Takeh tail nikal jaye aur naram hojaain dahi phaint lain,namak, kuti hoi laal mirch, chaat masalah, aur cheeni daal kar mix kar lain. Bary halky hath sy nichor kar dahi main daal dain. Chaat aur kuti hoi laal mirch chhirak kar paish karian.

قیمہ------------ڈیڑھ کلو
بڑی پیاز-------------٣عدد
ہرادھنیا--------------١گڈی
لہسن-----------١٢جوے
ادرک-------------٢ کھانے والے چمچے
پپیتا------------١کھانے والا چمچہ
ہری مرچ------------٨عدد
نمک----------------حسب ذائقہ
کُٹی لال مرچ-------------٢کھانے والےچمچے
گرم مصالحہ----------(پسا ھوا)١کھانے والا چمچہ
تیل-------------حسب ضرورت
مکئ کا آٹا---------------١٠٠گرام
کباب بنانے کے لیے------------------ ١ سیخ

ترکیب:

باریک یا کچلی ہوئی پیاز، ادرک ، لہسن ، کُٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ ، نمک ، کُٹی مرچ ، کچا پپیتا اور گرم مصالحہ قیمے میں ملادیں۔
اچھی طرح مکس کرکے ہرا دھنیہ بھی ملا دیں اور٢٠منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
اب مکئ کا آٹا بھی اچھی طرح مکس کر دیں۔
سیخ پر تیل لگا کر کباب بنا ئیں۔
١کھلے منہ کی پتیلی چولھے پررکھیں ہلکا سا تیل لگائیں یا اس میں فوائل بچھادیں اب اس پر کباب بنا بنا کر پھیلا ئیں اور ڈھکن بند کر دیں۔
آنچ ھلکی ر کھیں۔
تھوڑی دیر بعد پتیلی ہلکے سے ہلا دیں۔
کباب پہلے پانی چھوڑیں گے ۔ پانی خشک ہو کر خوشبو سے پتہ چل جائے گا۔
اب یہ کباب نکال کر دوسری پتیلی میں رکھ دیں-اور دوسرے اسی طرح بنا کر تیار کر لیں۔
جب سب تیار ہو جائیں تو کبابوں پر روٹی کا ٹکٹرارکھیں اور اس پر دہکتا ھوا کوئلہ رکھیں،پھر کوئلے پر ١ ٹی اسپون آئل ڈال کر جلدی سے ڈھکن بند کر دیں،١٠ منٹ بند رکھیں پھر بجھا ہوا کوئلہ نکال دیں-
گول گول لچھےدار باریک پیاز اور پودینہ کی چٹنیی ساتھ میں رکھیں-چپاتیاں یا پرا ٹھوں کے ساتھ پیش کر ٰیں-

Perfect spice blend and very easy to produce. I have made this over and over again using ground chicken or beef. I don't have a grill, so I simply shape seekh kabab into mini patties and fry in the pan.
