Chicken 1 kg
Onion 1
Garlic 1tbsp
Tomato paste 1tbsp
Tara garam masala 2 tsp
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Lemon 1
Rice 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Currants 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Green chili s 2-3
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
How to make Saudian Kasba
METHOD:
Heat oil in pan and make onion golden brown. Now put 1 tbsp of garlic and chicken in onion and fry them.
When chicken is partially cooked then put tomato, 1tbsp of tomato paste, green chillis, 1/4 of black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of Tara garam masala, 1/2 tsp of green cardamom powder, and ½ tsp of cinnamon powder.
Now pour 3-1/2 cup of water and let the pan cover with lid.
When it start to boil then put 2 cups of rice in mixture.
Add lemon slices and 2 tbsp of currants in rice
Cook till the water completely absorb by rice
Now cover and let it on Dum for 6 to 8 min s
Delicious SAUDIAN KASBA is ready to serve.
