ترکیب:

دیگچی میں قیمے کے ساتھ ادرک لہسن، سفید زیرہ، کالی مرچ اور پیاز ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر اتنی دیر اُبالیں کہ قیمے کا اپنا پانی خشک ہو جائے۔ قیمے کو اچھی طرح ٹھنڈا کرکے اس میں آلو، ہراد ھنیا، ہری مرچیں اور نمک ڈال کر ملائیں۔ پھر کٹلٹس بنا کر دس سے پندرہ منٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ کٹلٹس کو انڈے میں ڈبو کر ڈبل روٹی کے چورے میں رول کریں اور دوبارہ دس سے پندرہ منٹ کے لیے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی یا فرائینگ پین کوکنگ آئل کو درمیانی آنچ پر تین سے پانچ منٹ گرم کریں اور کٹلٹس کو گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کریں
