پیاز اور آلو چھیل کر چھوٹے ٹکڑے کر لیں ایک پتیلی میں ان کو ملا کر ڈال دیں اور اتنا پانی اس پر ڈالیں۔ کہ یہ ٹکڑے بھیگ جائیں۔ ان کو اتنا پکائیں کہ یہ گل جائیں اس کے بعد ان ٹکڑوں کو چھلنی میں ڈال کر دبائیں تاکہ پسے ہوئے مصالحے جیسا گودا نکل آئے۔
