Ingredients

For chicken:
Chicken 200 grams (boneless)
Bar b.q masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt as required
For pizza dough:
White flour ½ kg
Yeast 1 sachet
Sugar 1 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
For topping:
Capsicum 1 (sliced)
Tomato 1 (sliced)
Mushrooms ½ cup
Black olives ½ cup
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 400 gram

How to make Pizza Roll

METHOD:

1.Method for preparing chicken: In a bowl add bar b.q sauce, garlic paste, lemon juice,red chilli powder and salt.
2. Mix well, add the chicken pieces.
3. Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken pieces till it turns golden brown.
4. Turn the flame off.
5. Method for making Dough: Add yeast in lukewarm water along with sugar.
6. Leave a side for 15 minutes till it rises.
7. Now add white flour, salt and baking powder.
8. Knead until smooth dough is formed.
9. Cover with a plastic sheet and leave a side in a warm place for 3-4 hours, until the dough rises.
10. Knead the dough again until a uniform consistency is reached.
11. Dough is ready.
12. Method for making pizza roll: Preheat oven at 200 degree C
13. Make small round balls with the dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
14. Spread the sauce onto the base of each flattened dough.
15. Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and chicken pieces.
16. Roll each dough and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
17. Delicious pizza roll is ready to serve, enjoy!
