تازہ کریم آدھا لیٹر
تازہ دودھ آدھا کلو
ونیلا ایسنس چند قطرے
چینی ۔۔ ایک پیالی
کیوڑہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پستے چوپ کئے ہوئے چھ عدد
جیلٹن پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور پانی میں گھلا ہوا ایک کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں دودھ ابالیں اور چینی ملالیں۔ اس میں چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے تھوڑا تھوڑا کارن فلور ملائیں اور گاڑھا ہونے پر چولہے سے اتارلیں۔ جب ٹھنڈا ہوجائے تو اس میں باقی تمام اجزاء شامل کر کے خوب اچھی طرح سے ملائیں، پھر ائیر ٹائٹ ڈبے میں نکال بھر کر فریزر میں رکھ دیں۔ آئس کریم اچھی طرح سے جم جائے تو پیالوں میں نکال کر پیش کریں۔
