i am non veg, n i love to try out different meat recipes,and believe me this is the best recipe i have ever tried,.tasty,spicy and sizzling..easy to make and beautiful to serve

Ingredients

Beef or Mutton 1kg( i used Mutton shanks)
Ginger Garlic 2tb fresh crushed
1tb Coriander powder
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red Chilli powder 1 tb
Red chillie powder 1 tsp for normal or + 1/2 more for yummy spicy
Yogurt 1/2 cup whipped with 1tsp Oil so it wont split in gravy
Onion 2 medium chopped
White cumin + Shahi cumin 1/2 tsp each roasted lightly then crushed
Atta (whole meal flour) 1/4 cup make thick paste by adding Water
Ghee or Oil Little more then 1/2 cup or as needed

How to make Mutton Kunna

METHOD:

Add 2-3 tb ghee or oil in pot
Add meat,ginger garlic fry till roasted
Now add water 1cup ,coriander powder,turmeric powder ,onions cook till more then half done
Now on high heat dry water then remove from heat add yogurt
Put back on heat cooking still on high fry well ,until water from yogurt dries out
Now add Atta paste fry for 1 min and quickly add 2 cups of water or more if you like thin gravy ..
Add salt to taste
Now add crushed cumins
Heat Ghee or oil in fry pan when hot add red chilli powder and quickly add to gravy otherwise chillies will burn ...
Now keep this yummy kunna on dum for 1/2 hour on slow heat till meat completely done ...
