Minced meat ½ kg
Onion 2 thinly chopped
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Crushed
Cumin 1 tsp
Green chillies 4

Ginger 1 inch piece
Egg 1
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required

How to make Mutthiya kebab

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients in minced meat except oil and marinate for 1 hour. Make oblong shaped kebabs of this mixture. Heat ghee in a wok and deep-fry the kebabs.
