How to make Muhammara Dip
Grill 3 red capsicums over open flame and cut into thin small strips. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan, saute 1 chopped onion. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 50 gm chopped walnut and 1/2 cup water. Cook for few minutes. Add 250 gm whipped yogurt with chopped capsicum. Mix well and serve.
