Onion 2 medium
Onion paste tsp
Ginger pste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/s tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
Oil ½ tsp
Salt to taste
For Granishing:-
Egg 1 boiled
Browned onion ¼ tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Finger chips ½ cup
How to make Mughlai Qeema
METHOD:
In a saucepan heat oil, ad onion and mince meat and fry. Add all the spice now add 1 cup water and cook till tenderize. When meat tenderizes and oil comes on the surface. Ad garam masla powder and cook for a while. Garnish with boiled egg. Browned onion, coriander and finger chips before serving.
