Ingredients

• 6 baguette
• 1/4 cup sl Iced Black olives
• 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
• 1 tbsp Butter
To Be Mixed Together For the Marinated Tomatoes
• 12 thin sl Ices of Tomatoes
• 1 tsp chopped Basil
• 1/2 tsp chopped Garlic (lehsun)
• 1 tsp olive Oil
• Salt to taste
• freshly crushed freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

How to make Mediterranean Crostini

METHOD:

1. Butter the bread slices. Top each slice with 2 slices of the marinated tomatoes.
2. Sprinkle with the olives and cheese and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
3. Serve hot.
