Mango Cake vidhi

Maida 2 cup
Cheeni ¾ cup
Anday 4 adad
Makhan ½ cup
Baking powder 2 chaye k chamchay
Mango chunks 1 cup

Banane ki tarkeeb

Maiday main baking powder aur mango chunks daal kar mix kar lain. Anday phaint lain. Yahan tak k achi tarha creamy hojaain. Ab cheeni daalain, mix karain. Ab makhan daal kar mix karain. Phir maida daal kar mix karny k baad pan main maida daal kar 180 degree C grade per bake karain. Taqreeban 40 minute thanda honaay k baad icing karain aur mango daalain.

Icing k liye:
Bagair namak ka makhan 1 cup
Icing sugar 2 cup
Mango ki chatni 4 khanay k chamchay
Tamam cheezo ko mix kar lain.

مکھن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1کپ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2چائے کے چمچے
مینگو چنکس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1کپ

ترکیب:

میدے میں بیکنگ پاﺅڈر اور مینگو چنکس ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔انڈے پھینٹ لیں۔ یہاں تک کہ اچھی طرح کریمی ہوجائیں۔ اب چینی ڈالیں، مکس کریں۔ اب مکھن ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ پھرمیدہ ڈال کر مکس کرنے کے بعد پین میں ڈال کر180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کریں۔تقریباً 40 منٹ ٹھنڈا ہونے کے بعد آئسنگ کریں اور مینگو ڈالیں۔
آئسنگ کے لئے:
بغیر نمک کا مکھن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
آئسنگ شوگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کپ
مینگو کی چٹنی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4کھانے کے چمچے
تمام چیزوں کو مکس کرلیں۔
