4) salt 10g
5) pepper 05g
6) mustard paste 15g
7) mix vegetable 30g
8) balsamic 10ml
9) pepper sauce 25g
How to make lamb chop

METHOD:

1. marinate lamb chop with the corn oil.
2. salt pepper.
3. mustard and rosemery chop.
4. then keep for one hours.
5. sauteed the mix vegetabe with garlic and onion then add balsamic vinegar.
6. grill the lamb chop then serve it with pepper sauce.
