Imli 50 g
Hari mirch 3 to 4
Koti hoi mirchy 2 chamch
Zira 1 chamch (pisa hoa)
Salt hasb.e.zaiqa
Sugar 4 chamach
Podina hasb.e.zarorat
Dhania hasb.e.zarorat

How to make Khobani ki Chatni

METHOD:

1.Khobani & imli dono ko alag alag neem garam pani me 1/2 ghanty k lia bhigo dein,

2.Es k bd imli ko achi tarha masal kar gholia alag kar lein.

3.Ab khobani aur imli ko blinder mein dal kar baqi tamam ashya bhi es mein chamil kar k blind kar lein.

4.Mazedar khobani ki chatni tayar hai.

5.Es ko dahi bhaly,chami kabab,etc k sath serve kari es ko ap band jar mein mehfoz bhi kar sakty hain.
