Potatoes ½ kg
Eggs (boiled) 2
Tomatoes 2
Fresh milk 1 cup
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) ½ cup
Parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chilies (crushed) ½ tsp
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Water 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Butter 50 grams
METHOD:
• Slice tomatoes and eggs; peel and cube potatoes.
• Cook potatoes with milk, black pepper, water and salt in a pot until tender and dry.
• Dish out in Pyre dish; decorate with butte4r, cream, eggs, tomatoes and cheese; sprinkle red chilies.
• Bake in a pre-heated over at 180OC for 15 minutes; remove.
• Garnish with Parsley; serve.
